  Great value for money and in a great location. All the sights on the south part of the island are easy to get to from here.

  I visited the place in May and it was empty maybe due to low season between Easter and Summer. It is big and clean with basic cheap furniture totally lacking any kind of originality. Still, the bedding is Ok. The building looks new and the room I stayed in was with a great terrace overlooking the city and the volcanoes to the south. There is another big terrace for everyone and, downstairs, a dining room with a small kitchen and a chill out cornet useful for having fun at la Maspalomas style with a walled garden behind the door. A photocopy of your passport will be taken on the back of your invoice and you will pay on arrival. Wish I could have seen the place with more animation. The staff is professionnal and friendly but, IMHO, more the former than the latter. When leaving, I asked if I could use the bathroom (Toilets) of the room I had stayed in but the man in charge looked upset about this although the Hotel was totally empty and the room had not been cleaned up yet. I then looked upset too and he agreed. I had the feeling that it was more to avoid a bad rating than simply to be helpful. During high season, it is possible that all guests do not behave elegantly but it left me with a mixed feeling. Still, I would recommend the place.
